Contractors get pulled into our paperwork as much as our lifts, so both are kept current and both are available before we mobilize.
We deliberately do not publish certificate numbers, policy limits or coverage amounts on this page. Request them from dispatch and you will get the real documents.
Operator certification
Picker operators work to the certification level required for the unit and the lift, with tickets and training records kept on file at the Abbotsford office. Certificates and registration details provided on request.
Lift planning
Every lift starts with weight, radius, ground conditions and overhead hazards. Standard picks are planned on site with a documented pre-lift check; engineered or critical lifts get a written plan and a review before the truck is dispatched.
WorkSafeBC compliance
We operate under a WorkSafeBC-registered safety program with toolbox meetings, hazard assessment and incident reporting. Clearance letters are available on request. Certificates and registration details provided on request.
NSC and MVAR standing
Trucks run under a National Safety Code profile with logbook, inspection and maintenance records maintained on file, and MVAR standing reviewed on the schedule required by the carrier program. Certificates and registration details provided on request.
Insurance
Commercial general liability, hook and cargo coverage are carried for crane and haul work. Certificates of insurance are issued on request and named-insured or additional-insured wording can be added for your project. Policy limits are intentionally not published here.
Documentation on request
Prequalification packages, safety manuals, clearance letters, certificates and unit inspection records can be sent to your safety desk before mobilization. Ask dispatch and tell us which portal you use.

Weight, dimensions, radius, date, access constraints and site contact.

Unit match
Dispatch selects a unit with load chart margin for the radius, not just the weight.

Site review
Ground bearing, overhead lines, swing path, traffic and exclusion zone.

Pre-lift check
Operator confirms setup, outrigger footing, rigging and signals with the site lead.

Lift and record
Lift executed, documented, and anything abnormal reported the same day.
